What's There Not To Love About Post Pregnancy Body?


Children are blessings from God, they change our lives forever, they bring about change in our bodies as well, but its our responsibility to use this change either to our benefit or detriment. Childbirth has helped me transformed my body into almost my dream body. During pregnancy, the body undergoes a lot of physical changes such as weight gain, belly bulge, broader hips etc. It is up to us to have these extra flesh just lying around or work on it to achieve even a better body than you have before child birth.

I have always been a fitness junkie and worked out even before i got pregnant. I have always wanted bigger hips, I researched so may work out tips, routines diet etc on how to enhance my hips, which i adhered to but proved futile. Fast forward to my pregnancy period, My husband was the first to call my attention to my hips getting broader, and it remained like that till after giving birth. As soon as i was certified that i can start working out by my doctor, i began to wreck the body, although in my 2nd and a bit of 3rd trimester, i was doing mild pregnancy work out. I was told the hip would shrink back after few months of giving birth but i did not want that. I was able to work out at my own pace and also came up exercise i belief would keep my hips intact or even enhance it and guess what, 9 months after having my baby girl, i already have my dream body, broader hips, smaller waist, flat tummy and
a bigger butt and it can only get better. Whats there not to love about PostPartum Body
